We have made every effort possible to accurately display our products actual colors. However, due to the variety of computer monitors and different settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be exact. 

All custom monogrammed items cannot be returned, unless, of course it a mistake we have made and we will do everything possible to get that corrected and to you in a timely manner. Please review your orders before submitting as we do not take responsibility for errors inputted via the website.

Due to the custom nature of our products some items have longer production times than others. Please keep in mind we ship complete orders based on the item that takes the longest to produce. That means that if you have ordered various items and one of the items take two weeks to produce and the other item takes one week then that means we would ship your order in two weeks. If you would like your items to ship separately you can place your order as two separate orders or make note in the comments box on the check out page and we can arrange for separate shipments, additional shipping fees will apply.
